If you can invest 10 minutes of your day on reflection and intentional living, you will begin to see positive changes in your life, and in the life of those around you before you complete the 7-day experiment.

Based on John Maxwell’s new book, Intentional Living, the laboratory of the 7-day experiment is equipped with tools that will help you plan how you will intentionally live and make a difference every day.


What to expect from the 7-Day experiment

In the next 7 days, you will:

  1. Watch a short video to start you thinking about how to intentionally add value to everyone you meet.
  2. Think about how that the day’s idea applies to you and decide to take action.
  3. Take action and
  4. Tell a friend what you did and how it affected you.
